In addition, our members support mission with their time and talents. Some of our current projects are below! |

Polar Fleece Prayer Blankets
The members of the Membership and Pastoral Care Committee and Stitch and Cackle recently gathered to make prayer blankets! We made 16 beautiful fleece blankets. Our goal is to make 50 blankets by May.
If you would like to join us in the creating these prayer blankets, contact Marcia Heyser or Sandy Uttley. You may also donate fleece fabric for the project. If you have any leftover fleece or would like to purchase some for a blanket, each blanket requires 1¼yards. |

Lakeside Presbyterian Women Winter Mission
Over the next 3 or 4 months LPW will be sponsoring the “Safe Haven Shelter for Battered Women” as our local mission project. We hope you will find it in your hearts and wallets to continue your support. “Safe Haven” provides shelter, food, and safety in a supportive environment to women and their children who have been abused, as well as helping establish them in new places to live. Their needs are many, so all contributions regardless of size, are welcomed. These are some of their current needs: |

Gift certificates to Payless Shoes or DSW Shoes |
|
NEW underwear & socks for kids age 12-18 and women |
